Somatic Work - Gyration Nation 1:1 Somatic Session

A somatic session to help unbind the ties of your pain body and decode the emotional programs that contribute to your physical/mental suffering. We will move through stagnation in both the body and spirit. We will map your body to better understand where you are storing your emotions and stories. This will give you a guide book for future solo work as you continue your practice. I will work with you to develop a movement program specified to your body and soul to facilitate communication and healing between your higher self and your ego. This work will help you unleash creativity as you will develop your own playful and joyful movement practices.
