Description of WorkShop and Comedy!
Decolonize Your Body Somatic Movement WORK SHOP
This class is for all levels, and all body types. (Modifications are provided and encouraged). This is a joy inducing high-energy workshop dedicated to shake out the horrors of late-stage capitalism, release emotional stagnation from your past, address the impact of the relationships that have influenced your physical body, let go of traumatic events stored in the tissues, and experience the collective gift of communal healing. Self-care is community care, and community care is self-care. You will leave feeling energized, hopeful, and motivated! BONUS - you will bring home practices to further your somatic healing.
What you’ll experience:
• Somatic movement to regulate your nervous system and release stored tension
• Trauma-informed practices to create safety, resilience, and liberation
• Embodied expression through movement, breath, and guided reflection

COMEDY SHOW
This promises to be a comedy adventure for anyone who is currently waking up in an existential crisis while releasing primal guttural screams at the state of the world. If you are looking to connect to others whose eyes are also “Clockwork Orange-style” peeled open while doom scrolling, and you feel the yearning to emotionally moisturize into a new vision of society - then this is the show for you!!!
This comedy show will provide comedic relief to help release the emotional constipation of this current caca-fest. Toni’s stand up self-reflects in a fun house of mirrors while bumping into cultural reflections. Her work is aimed to dismantle our societal scaffolding so we can build ourselves back up together as a community. The audience will collectively come-in-unity at Toni's comedy, that is a guarantee.
When you macrodose Toni, you deprogram yourself from the deep state by gyrating the collective consciousness of our crotches into a new paradigm. Toni peels off the skin of her mask to reveal the true face of her own brain washing. She controls her mind to examine the mind control that has controlled her. This comedy show will be the emotional salve you need to heal the wounds of our mutual traumas.
